I shoot with my iPhone 12 (although I still miss my Pixel 2) and a Fuji X100F which is the absolute best. Here you'll find a few projects I've put together over the years alongside some of my favourite travel shots.
You can find some of my stuff on Instagram
This project started by simply looking up at a strangely-angled building in Ljubljana and somehow seeing it refracted in my mind, becoming a floating, brutalist vision. After some button-prodding, that vision became Kaleidoscrapers, an exploration of architecture and perception.
A visual exploration of Berlin's colourful underground stations, inspired by Michael Belhadi's photographs of Alexanderplatz (a print of which sits framed in my house) and the spurious joy of traveling on the U-Bahn.
At its most basic, this was a blog of pictures of people taking pictures of things. In another sense, it’s a second layer in the scene, the one that rarely gets photographed. It’s about another perspective on how we perceive the world and how we share that with others. It’s about the people behind the images.
This project is long since dormant but lives on in Tumblr archives for posterity
One day I'm going to work through the 40,000 photos in my library... but until then, here's a random sampling of some of my favourite shots from my travels around the world.
